1. General Refund Terms
At Indian Digital Nomads, we strive to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the services provided on our platform. Given the nature of digital freelance work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- The freelancer failed to deliver the agreed-upon work within the specified timeframe.
- The delivered work significantly deviated from the agreed-upon requirements or project scope.
- Both the business and the freelancer mutually agree to cancel the project and issue a refund.
3. Dispute Resolution Process
If you are unsatisfied with the work provided, we encourage you to communicate directly with the freelancer first to seek a resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached, you may open a dispute through our platform within 7 days of the project delivery.
Our support team will review the dispute, including all communication and deliverables, and make a final determination regarding the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain situations do not qualify for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after the work has already commenced.
- Failure to provide clear instructions or necessary resources to the freelancer.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the work, provided it meets the objective requirements of the project scope.
